How webdevve.com collects and uses personal data from forms, calls and messages, and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Data we collect

  • Name, email address and phone number.
  • Message and complaint content, order details.
  • Vehicle details you provide, such as VIN, make, model and year.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookie identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use personal data to answer enquiries, take pre-contract steps, confirm orders and provide a durable copy of the agreed terms, handle complaints, meet legal obligations, secure the website and, with your consent, for marketing and non-essential cookies. Processing relies on your consent and on the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010.

4. Retention and sharing

Enquiries are kept up to 24 months after the last contact; contract and accounting records for the period required by law; cookie consents for 12 months or until withdrawn. We share data with hosting, CRM and email providers acting as processors under contract and with public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies

Non-essential cookies and trackers are set only after prior informed consent, which is granular by category. You may refuse or withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings (Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010).

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Write to contact@webdevve.com.

Send complaints to contact@webdevve.com. Consumer disputes may also be addressed to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023.
