Order and contract confirmation
Under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015, we confirm each order electronically and give you a durable copy of the agreed terms. If that confirmation does not arrive, write to contact@webdevve.com.
Withdrawal and refunds
Under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023, distance contracts give you pre-contract information and a statutory right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions set out in the terms you receive. Refunds follow the same law and your original payment method.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Send complaints to contact@webdevve.com or +380 984 752 7141; we reply in writing within the period set by Law No. 3153-IX. You may also use out-of-court dispute resolution and address the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
Personal data
As controller under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010, we process the names, phone numbers, emails and vehicle details you submit only to handle your request, for the retention period stated in our privacy notice, and to honour your rights of access, correction and deletion.
