webdevve.com works as an independent purchase concierge for private buyers of premium cars in Ukraine. Each engagement is divided into four clauses. You approve the clause list and the fee before we begin, and every observation we make is recorded in writing at the time it is made.
We define the trim, model year and equipment you actually need, then search listings, dealer stock and private sellers across the region. Each candidate is logged with asking price, mileage, service history status and days listed.
Deliverable: written shortlist of three to five cars with a one-page note per car.
We attend the viewing with a third-party inspection partner and record bodywork, paint depth readings, underbody state, electronic diagnostics, mileage plausibility and document history. The finding is limited to the items listed in the report at the time of inspection; it is not a warranty and not a guarantee of future condition.

We negotiate on your behalf and keep the record open. The negotiation log records the asking price, our offer, the counter-offer and the agreed terms, together with the point at which each side moved.
Deliverable: negotiation log plus a dated summary of the agreed terms.
We assemble the purchase contract, check the registration record, confirm the seller has authority to transfer, and sit with you through the handover so the payment, keys and papers move in the correct order.

04 — Process stages
Every engagement follows the same order. A stage opens only when the previous deliverable is signed off, and the Stage 2 figure is fixed in the mandate before any vehicle is inspected.
We map the segment, trim levels and realistic price band for the configuration you want, in the cities where the vehicle is actually listed for sale.
Deliverable A shortlist of candidate vehicles with asking prices, service-history notes and a written ranking of the three strongest options.
An on-site inspection and document check on the shortlisted vehicle, carried out before any deposit is discussed.
Deliverable A condition report listing inspection points, recorded findings, a VIN and history check, and the estimated cost of any rectification.
We handle the price conversation on your behalf, with your ceiling agreed in writing beforehand and no mandate to close at any cost.
Deliverable A negotiation log recording the asking price, our offer, the counter-offer and the agreed terms, plus the seller's stated conditions.
Contract review, ownership transfer and registration support, with third-party fees itemised at cost and listed separately from our fee.
Deliverable A closing file with contract review notes, the registration checklist, and a dated transfer timeline.

03 — Verification

Battery testing requires the marque's own diagnostic equipment, so we name the limitation on the battery line instead of leaving it blank. A car can change condition the day after we hand over the report.
