We are not a car dealer, manufacturer, distributor, brand representative, bank, insurer, notary or government body, and we act on behalf of no brand or authority.

No official status or affiliation

Any brand or model names used are for identification only. Their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or official partnership. We do not present ourselves as holding any official licence, accreditation or state status unless expressly stated.

Inspections and vehicle history

Inspections, history checks and condition reports are performed by third parties or based on information available to us. They are a reasonable-effort assessment at a point in time and not a guarantee of condition, mileage, accident history or future performance. Final verification remains the consumer's responsibility before concluding a contract.

Savings, prices and fees

Indicative prices, savings estimates and delivery timelines are informative only and may change with market conditions, exchange rates, taxes and third-party charges. No saving is guaranteed. All fees payable to us are disclosed before the contract is concluded, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015.

Local registration and taxes

Information about local registration and taxes is general and not legal, tax or financial advice. The applicable rules depend on the vehicle and the circumstances, and the consumer should obtain independent professional advice where needed.

Advertising claims

We aim to keep advertising accurate and substantiated. Unverifiable guarantees, hidden fees and false urgency are prohibited under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996. Advertising intended for Ukraine is provided in Ukrainian, with this English version alongside it, per the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019.

Personal data and cookies

We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010. Non-essential cookies and trackers are used only after prior, granular consent, which you may refuse or withdraw at any time.

Send complaints to contact@webdevve.com or +380 984 752 7141. We respond within the periods set by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023. Out-of-court dispute resolution is available, and the competent authority for consumer protection in Ukraine is the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba).
