We begin with a 30-minute scoping call. Its purpose is to establish whether an engagement makes sense, which stage you are at, and what the written scope will cover. No vehicle is inspected and no offer is made during this call.

Bring the shortlist you already hold, if one exists. If you have none, the call still works: we define the search parameters, the acceptable condition threshold, and the documentation you will need to register the car in your name.
